Hotel Policies

Payment

  • Our payment policy is ‘pay-for-stay at check-in‘.
  • Credit Cards accepted:  Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB

Incidental Expenses Deposit / Security Deposit

  • Please bring additional 500 pesos (per room, cash only).
  • Requested at check-in and refunded at check-out.

Check-In

  • Regular Check-In Time is 2 pm.
  • 4:30 am to 1 pm FREE early check in – only possible ( IF ) there is vacant clean room.
  • Before 4:30 am early check-in – ( IF ) available, extra night charge.

Check-Out

  • Regular Check-Out time is 12 (noon).

Check-Out time can be extended to 1 pm without charge.
Check-Out after 1 pm has a 50% late check-out charge.
Check-Out after 4 pm has an extra night charge.

  • Advisory: Your room has to be checked before you can leave.  Takes a few minutes, but may be longer if the hotel is very busy.

Child Policy

  • Only up to 2 children below 4 feet in height can stay for free (per room).
  • Advisory:  The front desk station is exactly 4 feet tall.

    I had a very horrible experience with your hotel. I stained your towel with make-up, and i was charged for 200 pesos!. The stain can be removed easily, and should it not be part of your service that we use your towel?? This is the first experience I had with a hotel that to remove a stain is passed to a client through paying 200!. The other towels were not used actually, FYI. I will never book from your hotel anymore for POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I will spread this to friends and acquaintance to never ever stay in your hotel.

      We apologize for the very late reply. Holy Week. Week after had conventions. And then, some of our staff got sick.

      We apologize for the inconvenience. Black mascara stains are just very difficult to remove. Our laundry service company could not remove the stain.

    Sir/Ma’am,

    Good day!

    I just want to ask if I can check in earlier than the guest. The reservation is under may sister in law’s name, Mergie Canares, however she will arrive 1am. She actually placed a special note on her reservation stating that she would allow me to check in at 2pm. She booked through Agoda, a third party site. Would that be okay? Is there any document that I need to present?

    Sent you an email last sunday and today. Reservation for 2 family rooms with 4 single beds each. No breakfast. Check in apr 20 at 2PM, check out at 12NN apr 22.

    Hi, Good morning, I would like to confirm my reservation for superior room for 2 for sinulog Jan 17-19. If possible we can check-in early around 8-9am as we will arrive from Singapore early in the morning. I sent an email with details already. I understand that for Sinulog reservation we need to make and advance payment. How can I make an advance payment for my reservation? Thanks

      For those dates, we need approx. check-in time on Nov. 27 and approx. check-out time on Nov. 29 before we can check on availability.

      CGH Standard is available for those dates.

      For reservation, please provide approx. check-in time on Jan. 23 and approx. check-out time on Jan. 26.

      In addition to the daily room cost, please also bring additional 500 pesos (in cash) for the incidental expenses deposit. It is requested at check-in and refunded at check-out (minus extra expenses, if any).

      If (above) is okay, please let us know so we can process your reservation.
